Premium natural butter is meticulously selected. The pastry is created by folding and rolling dough with butter hundreds of times. Combined with fresh ingredients and a secret-recipe crust, it produces palmiers with distinct layers, rich buttery aroma, and crispy texture.
Eggrolls Series
Premium natural butter and fresh eggs are carefully selected. Crafted using traditional methods, refined through dozens of intricate processes with the recipe adjusted over 50 times. Persistently free from additives, the egg rolls achieve a honeycomb-like texture, offering a crispy and airy mouthfeel.
Crispy Cookies Series
Natural butter, premium flour, and fresh eggs are used. Mastered whisking techniques combine the crispy texture of Chinese walnut cookies with the buttery aroma of Western-style cookies, creating crisp cookies that unite flaky, aromatic, crumbly, and crispy qualities.
